Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, organized Vibhag Vishesh Prashikshan Shivir at the Training Center, Vivekanandapuram, Kanyakumari from 30th August, 2023 to 6th September, 2023.
A total of 26 Karyakarthas participated in this Shibir, including 10 from Karnataka Vibhag, 2 from Kerala Vibhag, 10 from Tamil Nadu Vibhag, Dakshin Prant Sangathak, and 3 Rashtriya Adhikaris.
The Shivir started with Bhajan Sandhya on 30th August, 2023. Aadharneeya Radha Devi Didi, Dakshin Prant Sangathak briefed the participants regarding the Shivir and its aims and objectives at 7 p.m. after Bhajan Sandhya, in the presence of Mananeeya Rekha Davey Didi, Joint General Secretary of VRM &VK. Participants also shared their expectations from the Shivir.
On 31st August, Shivir routine started at 6 am with pratahsmaran followed by Yogabhyas, shrama samskara and Alpahar. Shivir was inaugurated by Mananeeya Hanumantha Raoji, All India Vice President of VRM & VK at 10 a.m. He enlightened the participants on 'Tavaivakaryartamihopajatah', the theme of the shivir ‘Our Work.’ Participants were organised in 3 ganas namely Tyaga, Seva and Atmabodha for the purpose of Shramasamskar and 2 ganas namely Tamil Nadu and Karnataka for the purpose of group discussion and yogabhyas. Kerala Karyakrtas joined Tamil Nadu.
In the second session at 11.30 a.m. Aadharneeya Radha didi guided on the topic 'Karyapaddhati'. After the lunch at 3 p.m., Aadharneeya Lalita Didi conducted the group discussion on ‘Spiritually Oriented Service mission’. All participants enthusiastically participated in the Kendra Varga and Bhajan Sandhya. At 7 p.m., Sri. Balasubramaniam Ji, Publication In-charge, VKPT Chennai briefed on the topic 'Narratives'. All the participants got opportunity to sing patriotic song and Share Viveka Vani before each session. After supper, the organising team had a baithak to take the review of the day’s activities and for the planning for the next day. Same routine was followed till 5th of September 2023.

- 'Vivekananda Kendra, a thought movement: Vision for next 10 years, How to increase the number of Karyakartas' by Aadharneeya Radha didi.
- 'Swami Vivekananda ke Jeevan se Bhavjagaran' by Sushri. Priyamvada Didi, Kerala Vibhag Karyalaya Sangathak.
- 'Samparka, mentoring, Swa-sthan Parichay' by Adaraneeya Basavaraj ji, Akhila Bharatiya Prashikshan Pramukh.
- 'Kendra Prarthana' by Sri Raghunathan ji.
- Discussion on 'Secret of Growth and stability of Work' was taken by Adaraneeya Sri. Ayyappan Ji, Prakalph Sangathak of VKRDP.
On 2nd September, 54th Anniversary of the inauguration of Vivekananda Rock Memorial was Eknathji Vishesh din of the shivir. Participants attended flag hoisting at Sunrise time on the Vivekananda Rock Memorial. Had a session on ‘Kendra Prarthana’ in Gangotri, Eknathji room, Bhajans in front of Eknathji samadhi.
On the 6th September 2023, at 10 a.m. participants shared their experience and Karnaneeyam points from the shivir. Everyone got chance to share in front of all.
All the participants actively involved with the organising team. The Shivir concluded with the Ashirvachan by Mananeeya Sri Balakrishnan ji, All India President VRM&VK on 'Atma Nivedan'.
Vibhag Vishesh Prashikshan Shivir has given the clarity, energy, and enthusiasm to the participants to work for the nation. May Ekakshara Ganapathi, Devi Kanyakumari, Bhagavan Sri Ramakrishna, Maa Sharada, Swami Vivekananda and Mananeeya Eknathji bless all the participants to actualise the dream of Swami Vivekananda, Bharat Mata Jagad Guru through the Man Making and Nation Building activities of the Kendra.
