Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Tamilnadu Vibhag, Vivekananda Kendra Rural Development Programme – Peyankuzhi Branch organised Cultural Competitions for rural school students on 8th August 2023 at Government Higher Secondary School, Thovalai, Kanyakumari with an active participation of 135 students.
The competitions were conducted with topics related to Swami Vivekananda and Indian culture. The primary objective of these competitions is to introduce and foster an appreciation for Indian culture among the children. 11 parents, 7 teachers were also present and the organising team consisted of 6 Kendra Karyakarthas.
