160 leaders of 23 Janjatis from nine states of the country - Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha and Andhra Pradesh arrived here for a 3-day Janajati Netrutva Sammelan. This conference will continue till 17 of September.
Vivekananda Rock Memorial and Vivekananda Kendra is organising this conference in a project styled as Asmita in the birth centenary of Mananeeya Eknathji

The 3-day conference is aimed at inculcating understanding and respect for Janajati traditional practices which contributes to one’s identity as well.
This conference will be inaugurated by Sri Kiren Rijiju, Minister of State, Home Affairs, Govt of India, New Delhi, on 15 September, 2015.
