On the occasion of Universal Brotherhood Day celebration, Vivekananda Kendra, Bangalore Branch conducted interschool and College patriotic song, essay and elocution competition at 2 places. 482 school students from 16 schools and 48 college students from 4 colleges participated in this events.
On 12th september universal brotherhood day celebrated at Kendra, Sri Jagadish Bhapat, Prof. Amrutha Institution of Technology was the main speaker in this event. Nearly 250 people attended the programme.
On 18th September, at Vidyranyapura vistar celebrated U B Day. Ma. BalakrishnanJi, Vice President was the chief guest in this programme. Sri GurumurthiJi presided the celeberation. Nearly 100 people attended.

On 19th September, one day workshop on Personality Development was organised for youths Smt. Radha Ramaswami, Saha Nagar sanchalak inugrated the camp, Sri VishwanthJi, H R D Consultant conducted the session on effective communication, values, team building, attitude and personality development. Ma. Balakrishanaji spoke on Swami Vivekananda and his message. 64 youths took part in this workshop.
