Vivekananda Kendra vidyalaya Lamba line celebrated Raksha Bandhan festival in the school.
A brief colourful cultural programme was also presented by the school children highlighting the importance of the festival.
After the school programme students and teachers of the vidyalaya visited visited Raj Niwas and tied rakhis to Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor and others. The Lieutenant Governor presented gifts to all and blessed them.
They also visited many places in and around the town including GB Pant hospital, Secretariate,RK mission, Sevaniketan and Prothrapur Jail and tied rakhis, distributed sweets spreading the message of brotherhood and national integration.
