International Day of Yoga

VK Tamil Nadu Prant, celebrated the International Day of Yoga on June 21, 2026, at the premises of Arulmigu Devi Sri Mutharamman Temple, Panchalingapuram, Kanyakumari. A total of 93 participants, including children, local residents, and Vivekananda Kendra staff members, took part in the celebration.

VK Hebbal Nagarsthan celebrated the International Day of Yoga 2026 through a series of five programmes conducted across four venues in Bhalki Taluk, Bidar District, from 20 to 22 June 2026. The programmes witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 404 people.

VK Kallubalu celebrated the International Day of Yoga 2026 through an extensive outreach programme conducted on 20th and 21st June 2026 across six nearby villages and six schools. The programmes witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 921 participants.

In Tamil Nadu Prant, International Day of Yoga 2026 was celebrated through a series of programmes conducted from 18 to 29 June 2026 across 98 locations, bringing together 7,193 participants. The programmes were organized with the dedicated efforts of 155 Karyakartas, taking the theme "Yoga for Healthy Ageing" to people across the state.

The 12th International Day of Yoga was celebrated by Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Telugu Prant, through programmes held at 56 locations, with an overall participation of 6,483 people.
