Itanagar : 5 March 2013 :Vivekananda Kendra Arun Jyoti has organized workshop entitled “Pariksha De Hastein Hastein” (PDHH) for the students of D. N .G. College on 01 to 05 March at D.N.G. College Auditorium. In order to prepare them mentally, physically and psychologically fit for writing their coming exams confidently. The workshop is of five days which deals on various elements relating to exams.

14 January 2013 Pasighat - With rest part of the country, the 150th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda was celebrated at Berung village near Pasighat with various programmes on Saturday.
As all of us aware 2013 is Swami Vivekananda's 150 Birth Anniversary Celebrations. Several organisations and institutions the world over will organise programmers as a befitting tribute to this great Patriot Saint of India who was intensely nationalistic and deeply universal.
Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh will celebrate the 150{+t}{+h} birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda with a year-long programme beginning January 12 next. The theme of the celebration will be "Wake up Bharat! Enlighten the World".
Addressing the media here on Saturday, president of the state level celebration committee and renowned social worker, Nabam Atum, said the celebration aims at spreading the message of Swami Vivekananda to all sections of the society.
ITANAGAR, Dec 08: Along with the rest of the world, Arunachal Pradesh is going to celebrate the 150th Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda with the theme “Wake Up Bharat ! Enlighten The World” from January 12, 2013 to January 12, 2014.
Vivekananda Rock Memorial and Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari established education centres in Arunachal Pradesh which had very low literacy rate amongst women. The Kendra is engaged in a large variety of services like Spirituality and Social Development as an integral mission in accordance with long traditions and noble thoughts. It is engaged in educational service running 63 schools with about 22,000 students in six states in India.
