Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Maharashtra Prant, Paschim Maharashtra Vibhag, Vivekananda Kendra Vedantik Application of Yoga and Management (VK VAYAM), organized ‘Sahayog’ Yoga Pratiman at VK-VAYAM in Solapur. This two-day residential workshop took place on February 17th and 18th, 2024, with participation from 11 families and 9 Karyakartas.
The sessions were conducted by Adaraneeya Sri Vishwas Ji Lapalkar, Bengal Prant Sanghatak, Vivekananda Kendra. He enlightened the participants on various topics including Realizing Oneness, Parenting with Joy, and leading a Purposeful Life. The significance of Amrut Pariwar was also emphasized during the workshop.
The workshop included sessions such as Yogasanas, Pranayama, Dhyan, Kendra Varg, and Bhajan Sandhya. The concluding session focused on Kriti Sankalp. As a result of the workshop, the participants decided to meet every fortnight for follow-up sessions.
The concept of the six ‘B’s – Bhasha (Language), Bhushan (Attire), Bhojan (Food), Bhajan (Devotional songs), Bhraman (Travelling to spiritual and historic places), and Bhavan (Residence) – was well received by the participants, resonating deeply with them.
