Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Kerala Vibhag, Guruvayur Branch, inaugurated a new Karyalaya for Vivekananda Kendra in Kottapadi, Guruvayur, on the auspicious day of 11th September 2024, coinciding with Universal Brotherhood Day.
A Ganapati Homam was conducted at the newly rented Karyalaya at 5.30 a.m. The inauguration marks a significant step in establishing a stronger presence in Guruvayur and the surrounding areas, allowing for more organized and enhanced activities.
The new Karyalaya offers greater convenience for the Guruvayur Karyakarthas team to carry out their activities. It is located in a well-connected residential area, close to a Devi temple and a school, making it an ideal location for outreach.
A total of 23 people, including Karyakarthas and nearby residents, attended the Homam. Ganapati Bhajans were sung, and Stotras and Mantras were chanted during the occasion. Prasadam was distributed to all attendees.
