Vivekananda Kendra Thiruvananthapuram commenced a Yoga Satra on July 21, 2023, at Shree Shankar Deva Vidyapeetham, and it has attracted the participation of 15 enthusiastic individuals.

The Satra is conducted from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. every day. It covers warm-up exercises, Suryanamaskar, Aasanas, and Pranayam. The Satra concludes on July 30, 2023.
