Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Karnataka Vibhag, Mysore Branch, Mandya Karyasthan, organized Universal Brotherhood Day programme at Shankara Mutt, Mandya on 27th September, 2023. 173 people participated in the programme.
The program commenced with a prayer, followed by Smt. Vishalakshi Nagaraj extending a warm welcome to the guests and the gathering, and introducing the guests. Dr. Muddegowda Ji, Editor of Jeevanadi monthly magazine graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. He spoke about Swami Vivekananda's life and message, and the importance of icon speech at Chicago.
Sri. T.R. Srinivasaiah ji, Karnataka Vibhag Sanchalak, presided over the probramme. During his address, he provided a comprehensive overview of Vivekananda Kendra's vision, mission, and its various service activities, enlightening the audience about the organization's important work. Smt. Uma Didi did sanchalan for the programme and Sri. Shivashankar Ji co-ordinated the event.
