The Vijay Hi Vijay Mahashibir, organized by Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari’s Assam Prant from 27th Nov 2011 at Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Sandheli, Nalbari, concluded successfully on 30th November 2011. 180 students and organizing team karyakartas participated in Vijay Hi Vijay Mahashibir.
The students reported on 26th November 2011. The Mahashibir was inaugurated by Dr. Deepak Sarmah, Vice-Chancellor, Kumar Bhaskar Barma Sanskrit University. Sri Lalit Gogoi, Deputy Commissioner Nalbari, was the Chief Guest and Sri Hemanta Dutta, Co-ordinator, Vijay Hi Vijay and Shibir Adhikari presided.
In the Valedictory on 30th Nov 2011 Dr. N K Chaudhuri, Former Vice Chancellor Gauhati University was the Chief Guest. Sri Abu Sufian, Supriendent of Police Nalbari was the Guest of Honor and Sri Basant Bhattacharya presided the program, Smt Sovarani Sarmah Prant Pramukh of Assam Prant informed about Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari.
Daily the participants followed a camp routine from 4.30 am to 9.30 pm. Yogabhayas for memory & personality development was practiced. Conceptual clarity and communication of ideas were inculcated through 2 lecture sessions and group discussions per day. In the Vijay Kshana the participants interacted with a high achiever from various fields – like Shri Kanak Gogoi interacts with youth about Innovation, Shri Pradip Jain interacts about Business, Col S M Chandrashekhar interacts with youth about Defence and Shri Dipok Kumar Barthakur Anchal Pramukh, Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari interacts with youth about Social Service. The evening games gave the participants a practical feel of team building, alertness and will power. The day concluded with the Story of Srimanta Sankaradeva.
These youth will conduct the follow up activities, which include:
- To contact and involve all those who were selected for the Mahashibir but were unable to attend. Study groups and Memory development workshop –Pareeksha de Hastein Hastein would be conducted for them so that they could prepare well for their forthcoming degree-level exams.
during their vacation, they will contact and train, potential trainers from middle and secondary school students in Suryanamaskar.

To form a Vivekanada Youth forum in each college contacted for this which will conduct various ledership development activities.
